Set Target Owner property allows you to set the Target Owner for the next Target Step. You need to click on Ellipsis (three dots) icon as displayed in below screen to get directed to set Target Owner. Click here to know more on types of target owner.

Note:

•	It is mandatory to set TargetOwner property for a specific step or else you will not be allowed to compile/publish the Workflows. However, it is not required to set the Target Owner for the step if the Target Step is the Completed Step of the Workflow.

•	It is not mandatory to set TargetOwner at the parent step, if CanAssociateInThisStep property is set to True for the TargetStep.
