Note: Enter the correct ID in the ConstituentID field. If the ConstituentID field contains a value, PaperSave uses it in all relevant instances after Auto Entry, such as:

  • In Workflow item history after Auto Entry
  • In the associated host record (on the PaperSave side)
  • Displaying the Constituent ID when searching or viewing the host record in PaperSave areas such as Browse, Search, etc.

Otherwise, it considers the System Record ID.

Note: You must add the drop down list values for Gift subtype field in PaperSave that are configured within Raiser’s Edge database view.
To view all the existing Gift Subtypes in Raiser’s Edge Application, Open Raiser’s Edge database view >> Go to Config option >> select Tables in Configuration >> Select Gift Subtypes option.

Warning: The name of Gift subtypes field’s list values in PaperSave must be same as Raiser’s Edge database view.
