Add a New PaperSave document

You can add new documents to the desired document types in the PaperSave using various file capture options such as scan documents using TWAIN scanner or Fujitsu fi-NX series scanner, uploading files from your file explorer, and generate a barcode to scan the documents in a batch at a later time. Follow the below steps to add a new document in an integrated app record:

  • Choose the desired PaperSave context (PaperSave -> document type) in the left tree view. This shall load the documents for the selected PaperSave context.
  • Click on the option "+NEW" from the document list toolbar as shown below.
