Contact your PaperSave administrator and ask him to follow the steps mentioned in this article.
[1] Open PaperSave Settings and click on Utilities → User and Group Management Utility as shown below:
[2] Enter the PaperSave Client admin User Name and its Password and then click on Next button. The standard format of the PaperSave Client admin user is "adminTENANTID". For example, if the tenant ID is 999999 then the User Name would be admin999999.
[3] Select the User for whom the Password should be reset and then click on "Reset User Password" button as shown below:
[4] The user will receive an email with the temporary password and a link to reset the temporary Password.
