| • | When the Item choices will be relatively short, such as no more than five, choose Option Buttons if you want to only have a single value chosen or Check Boxes if you want to be able to choose one or more values. |
| • | You can have more than five items, but this Profile Field will Take up more of your Profile Field room because of the height of this type of Profile Field. Users may need to use the vertical scroll bar to view any additional Profile Fields that are below this Display Type of Profile Field. |
