Field Security Configuration

Field Security Configuration allows you to assign rights to Groups/Users who will have rights to view and modify the Workflow Field values.

 

· Groups/Users that can view this field and its values: Groups/User(s) added to this list will be allowed to view the Workflow Fields related to current Workflow.
· Groups/Users that can modify values in this field for existing documents: Groups/User(s) added to this list will be allowed to edit the values of the Workflow Fields related to the current Workflow.
